Key Responsibilities:
- Expand Dexcel’s portfolio of innovative branded products.
- Identify and engage new opportunities for acquisitions and partnerships.
- Lead market analysis, due diligence, and scientific/commercial evaluations.
- Manage negotiations, final agreements, and post-merger integration.
- Build relationships with KOLs and industry experts.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in business development in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in global roles.
- Science degree (M.Sc., Pharm.D., MD, Ph.D.) required, MBA preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, scientific background, and business judgment.
- Fluent English (written & spoken) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
